Job Description / Duties

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide timely, accurate and high-quality customer service through various channels such as email and over the phone in both French and English language.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry in both in French and English
Communicate details of complex debtor and trustee inquiries to Specialist or Management
Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of information resources
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output and communicate details to management
Scan materials, and update databases accurately and accordingly
Maintain, organize, and update filing system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with excellent customer service skills especially during busy periods, stressful situations or emergencies
Organize, multi-task and prioritize work
Strong leadership skill with ability to work effectively individual and in a team environment
Other duties as reasonably assigned

Qualifications / Required Skills

Key Skills and Competencies:

English/French bilingualism required
Minimum one year of working experience in Insolvency industry
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Post-secondary education related to CIRP qualifications; Administration, Counselling or LIT education
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Teams, and MS Office products
Previous experience with Databases is considered an asset
Exceptional customer service skills
Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as within a team/group, providing professional advice or direction to other employees as necessary
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills according to unique situation

Additional Information

Working Conditions

Ability to work from designated home office on a full-time basis
Computerwork for entire day
Sitting for long periods of time.
Constant Visual effort (concentrated reading of documentation or close monitoring of computer terminals and display patters), defined as more than 30 hours/week.
Ability to work extended hours to meet tight deadlines.
Regular simultaneous multiple demands which must be attended to ‘on the spot’.
Regular accelerated work pace based on a fluctuating volume of customer inquiries
Ability to adjust working hours for team meeting in multiple time zones
Constant attention to detail, subject to frequent interruptions that require immediate attention.

Salary: Varies depending on experience $ 50k to $75k plus benefits.
