CAIRP

Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals

Protecting the Public Interest

CAIRP sets high standards and holds our members accountable for meeting those standards in order to maintain public trust and confidence in the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation.

To ensure the protection of the public at all times, all CAIRP members must comply with its Bylaws, Standards of Professional Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct. Together, these form the ethical principles, values and standards of our association. They are intended to guide our members in their everyday conduct, planning and decision making as they help individuals and businesses to lead debt free lives.

Bylaws

CAIRP’s bylaws are the fundamental rules by which we operate, and reflect the culture, mission and purpose of our association. They state, interpret and implement the general governance policies of our association.
