Hotel Information:
We have reserved a small room block for attendees at the Westin Harbour Castle for the night of September 7th. The discounted room rate is $409/night + applicable fees and tax for a Traditional King room. The cut-off date to receive the group rate is August 11th at 5:00pm EDT. The discounted price is based on availability, so please book quickly as we expect the block to sell out before the cut-off date.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation at the time of reservation. Full refund of this deposit will be given to cancellations received until 72 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable
