I registered for a webinar, what next?
For LIVE webinars:
Once you register, you will be automatically emailed the link to view the webinar from GotoWebinar. Please note the webinar link is not accessible until the day of the webinar. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the email link and/or add the webinar email address (customercare@gotowebinar.com) as a safe sender. If you do not receive the link, please email Josephine Song, Josephine.song@cairp.ca. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please log in and register using their credentials. Do not register multiple names under one account – this will impact the attendee’s ability to receive the webinar link.
For On-Demand webinars:
