Hotel Information:
We have reserved a small room block for attendees at the Hyatt Regency Toronto for the night of Wednesday, September 23rd. The hotel is a 13-minute walk or a 6-minute cab ride to the MTCC, and offered the most competitive rate.
The discounted room rate is $369/night + applicable fees and tax for 1 king bed or 2 double beds. There are other upgraded room types available at a discounted rate as well. The cut-off date to receive the group rate is August 24th at 5:00pm EDT. The discounted price is based on availability and can sell out before the cut off date, so please book your room as soon as possible.

Guests may also make, modify, or cancel reservations by calling 416.343.1234 or 877.803.7534 before the cut-off date and state that they are with the “CAIRP EXCHANGE GUESTROOM BLOCK” or provide the unique code “G-CA1R” to reserve at the special rate.
A credit card is required by the hotel at the time of booking. Guests can cancel 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a one-night fee.
