With federal legislation soon excluding universities and colleges from the BIA and CCAA, and international student revenue dropping sharply, many post-secondary institutions face unprecedented financial strain. This panel explores how these institutions can manage funding crises without access to traditional restructuring tools and what creative solutions might emerge from Canada and internationally.
