Catch Me If You Can (Afford It): Funding the Investigation and Pursuit of Ponzi Schemes and Other Litigation Claims in Insolvency Proceedings
This panel will look at recent developments in investigating and pursuing significant claims on behalf of an estate. It will deal with such difficult issues of funding, including the appropriateness and limitations of litigation funding in insolvency proceedings. It will also address the difficult situation of how court officers and restructuring professionals can efficiently fund, investigate and pursue claims in mass fraud schemes—including Ponzi schemes.

Cette table ronde examinera les développements récents en matière d’enquête et de poursuite lors de réclamations importantes au nom d’une succession. On abordera les questions difficiles du financement, notamment la pertinence et les limites du financement des litiges dans les procédures d’insolvabilité.
