Member Firm Directory

Welcome to the CAIRP Licensed Insolvency Trustee Member Firm Directory. The firms listed in this Directory are authorized to administer federal government-regulated insolvency proceedings such as consumer proposals, bankruptcies, receiverships and other insolvency services through their Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs).

LITs are the only federally regulated professionals who provide advice and services to individuals and businesses with debt problems. When you choose an LIT, you can be confident that you are dealing with someone who has completed a rigorous professional program to achieve the CIRP designation, adheres to a strict code of professional conduct and has demonstrated their knowledge, experience and skills to be granted a license from the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB). Upon being granted a license, LITs are also subject to ongoing regulatory oversight. Click here to learn more about CIRP-designated Licensed Insolvency Trustees.
