Professional Profile:

As a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT), I provide financial restructuring services to clients in a variety of industries, including construction and real estate, manufacturing, financial services, power generation and cannabis.

I advise banks, secured creditors and regulators with respect to companies experiencing financial distress—using both formal and informal restructuring tools. I have acted as an advisor to Canada’s Schedule A chartered banks, as well as other non-traditional lenders, for the purposes of reviewing and reporting on their respective security positions and realization strategies.

In addition, I also have significant experience assisting distressed companies in developing and executing effective turnaround strategies to bring them back to a state of solvency and profitability. Such assistance has included identifying reasons for insolvency, modelling future cash flows and operating scenarios, assisting in capital raises, and advising on formal and informal restructuring options.

I am a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, and the Turnaround Management Association.

Outside of work, my priority is spending time with my family. I’m also an avid hiker, and seize every opportunity to spend time outdoors.
