Vincent Roy-Turgeon

Vincent is a Senior Vice-President in financial advisory and has been with Deloitte for more than 10 years. He has strong analytical, operational and financial modeling skills. He plays a crucial role in assisting companies facing financial distress and operational challenges. He provides strategic advice and guidance to help companies navigate through complex restructuring processes under Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) or the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA).

Recognized for his leadership and managing multidisciplinary team, he has played a key role in several complex and international restructuring. He has advised mainly medium and large companies in diverse industries.

Vincent is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) who oversee various insolvency processes, such as CCAA, proposal and bankruptcies. Vincent also holds a CPA and CIRP designations.

Before joining the Turnaround and Restructuring practice, he worked in audit at Deloitte for large public and private companies.
