Throughout my career as a restructuring and insolvency professional, I have been passionate about working with financially troubled businesses restructure their operations. During this time, I have had the privilege of working alongside talented entrepreneurs and individuals and their legal advisors and accountants.

My practice is dedicated to corporate restructuring, recovery and insolvency. I am an FCIRP and Licensed Insolvency Trustee providing businesses with leadership, effective strategies and resolutions in corporate restructurings and turnarounds, business investigations, insolvency matters and liquidations. My experience spans a spectrum of industries including real estate, manufacturing and consumer business. I was the Managing Partner of Mintz & Partners, a leading mid-market accounting and advisory firm, prior to its merger with Deloitte. While at Deloitte , I led PCS Financial Advisory Services for the Canadian Marketplace. My corporate restructuring practice continues at RSM Canada to focus on the commercial middle-market segment.
