Brad Milne is a partner with MNP Ltd. based in Brandon, Manitoba and the team leader of MNP’s Insolvency and Restructuring practice for western Manitoba from the United States border in the south to Churchill in the north.

Brad is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and government Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT). Brad has several years experience in personal and corporate bankruptcy, proposals to creditors and receiverships in a broad range of industries including agriculture, forestry, hospitality, restaurants and real estate. Brad is also a member of the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (MAIRP) and a former provincial delegate on the CAIRP Professional Conduct Committee.

Brad has presented on various topics, primarily in the area of consumer insolvency, to students, financial institutions and lender associations, and also colleagues at the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) annual provincial forum.
