As Senior Associate in the Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy group at EY Parthenon, I advise an array of clients mainly in the areas of financial and operational restructuring, insolvency, distressed financing and other business challenges assisting them in reshaping their results. I act as a strategic and financial advisor to management of companies facing various challenges as well as provide advisory services to major financial institutions dealing with distressed loans/investments. Equally I act as a court appointed officer in various formal insolvency engagements managing bankruptcies, formal restructuring proceedings (CCAA and NOI), receiverships and liquidations of distressed businesses across a variety of industries. I regularly prepare and/or review cash flow projections, financial models, business assessments, financial viability reports, financing agreements, as well as develop and execute formal sales processes for insolvent businesses and their assets.
