After over a decade of experience in insolvency, in 2021 Charla founded Charla Smith & Company to provide individuals with a highly personalized experience where they work closely with a small team of experienced professionals to address their debt.
Charla also volunteers as a board member for the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, as Vice President of the Alberta Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals and as a board member of Entrepreneurial CPAs of Calgary.
