Directors’ personal liability is often of paramount concern for companies nearing insolvency. Ilia Kravtsov is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. His practice involves corporate, commercial and civil litigation, with a particular focus and expertise on restructuring and insolvency and extraordinary proceedings. Ilia regularly represents debtors, creditors and appointed court officers in restructuring and insolvency matters before the courts. He is regularly called upon to enforce and provide advice regarding rights of lenders and other secured creditors. Julien Morissette is a partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. His practice is diversified and centred on the insolvency and litigation fields, with a particular focus on corporate restructuring and insolvency-related transactional and advisory, insolvency litigation, Québec privacy and access to information law, investigations, insurance and public law.
