For individuals calling to make their own reservations, to receive the special guestroom rate, please call reservations toll-free at 1-833-357-8155 and ask for “CAIRP Forum 2023”. Alternatively, below is a weblink to book directly on-line. Please note attendees can use the weblink below to make their reservations in a variety of browsers such as Chrome Safari, Firefox however it is currently not compatible with Internet Explorer.
Attendees can make their reservations up until March 30, 2023 to receive the group rate.

Registration
Registration fees are due upon registering for the event(s). You will not be officially registered until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.
Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing no later than four (4) business days in advance of the event date. No refunds will be given once event material has been distributed to attendees.
Registration substitution is permitted. We cannot guarantee that dietary restrictions/allergies will be accommodated for late registrants. CAIRP reserves the right to cancel or change speakers and/or program content and/or event space and/or date without prior notice, and assumes no liability for these changes. Persons registering the day of the event must provide payment by credit card.
