Erin Hatch is an associate in Harper Grey’s Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring, Estate Litigation and Defamation, Privacy & Media Law practice groups. In her Insolvency and Restructuring practice, she routinely advises and represents secured and unsecured creditors, trustees and debtors in insolvency and debt enforcement proceedings.
Glen Nesbitt is a commercial litigation associate at Fasken who specializes in insolvency and realization. Glen has acted for both debtors and creditors on judgment enforcement and collections matters, as well as in respect of bankruptcies, receiverships, and restructuring proceedings under the CCAA.
