We strongly discourage sharing the webinar link with others who haven't registered and purchased. While we trust the integrity of the professionals who watch the webinars, please understand that no PD credits will be given to those who have not registered and purchased the webinar(s).

For LIVE webinars:

Once you register, you will be automatically emailed the link to view the webinar from GotoWebinar. Please note the webinar link is not accessible until the day of the webinar. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the email link and/or add the webinar email address (customercare@gotowebinar.com) as a safe sender. If you do not receive the link, please email Josephine Song, Josephine.song@cairp.ca. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please log in and register using their credentials. Do not register multiple names under one account – this will impact the attendee’s ability to receive the webinar link.

For On-Demand webinars:

If you plan on purchasing more than three webinars, we strongly recommend that you purchase a subscription plan. By doing so, you will pay a one-time fee to have access to 20+ webinars over the course of the year. You will also have access to a Resource Centre where you can view webinar documents from all the presentations until March 31, 2023.

That’s great, thank you! When you are ready to register for a webinar, please click here to scroll through the list of webinars on the NWS homepage. Click on the webinar you would like to watch and you will be taken to the webinar registration page. At the bottom of this page, click on the button “I have a subscription plan” which will automatically allow you to register at no additional cost. You now also have unlimited access to the Resource Centre (where all the webinar materials are stored) which can be found by logging into your CAIRP member portal. Please check back on our website for upcoming webinars as they will be released on a rolling basis.

You have two options to watch a webinar: purchase a webinar subscription or purchase the webinar as a single session.

A webinar subscription is a one-time fee that provides access to all current and future webinars, live and on-demand until March 31, 2023. We strongly recommend purchasing a webinar subscription plan if you intend to view more than 3 webinars over the course of the year.

Yes! You may purchase the subscription plan at any time, but please note the subscription plan will expire on March 31, 2023. We are not able to provide a credit for an already purchased webinar towards the subscription pricing.

It is an online hub of all the webinar materials that can be accessed by logging into your CAIRP profile. You may download all materials found here until March 31, 2023.

You will be able to view/download the handouts using the handout tool during the session.

Unfortunately, we are not providing refunds for already purchased webinars. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We’re sorry to see you go, but the good news is you may use your subscription plan at any time until March 31, 2023. There are no refunds for already purchased webinars and/or subscription plans.

Many questions about refunds are answered in this FAQ, however, please contact us directly if you have additional questions/concerns.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any extensions for the webinars and they will all become unavailable for viewing past March 31st, 2023. The good news is that all our webinars are available on-demand which means you can watch them anytime, anywhere, at your convenience. It is your responsibility to ensure you have completed your MPD requirements by March 31st, 2023.
