As Partner in the Strategy and Transactions group at EY, I advise clients mainly in the areas of restructuring, insolvency and distressed financing. I act as strategic and financial advisor to management of companies facing operational and financial challenges. I also provide advisory services to major financial institutions dealing with distressed investments. I manage bankruptcies, CCAA proceedings, receiverships and liquidations of distressed businesses across a variety of industries (retail, finance, technology, and manufacturing). I regularly prepare or review financial models, business assessments, financial viability reports, financing agreements, and sales processes.
