Wilson is an experienced business leader with over a decade of experience in consulting, deals, and financial advisory typically advising in a senior management capacity and was recently named 2023 CPA Ontario Emerging Leader. In the past three years, he specialized in Fractional CFO and Interim Management services assisting companies through growth, expansion, and strategic finance at a local boutique firm in Toronto. In addition, he is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at MaRS Discovery District providing financial mentorship to several up-and-coming incubator companies.

Previously, Wilson spent 7 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, with the most recent role as Vice President (Director), Consulting & Deals, and has led many financial advisory, interim management, and sell-side corporate finance engagements. In addition, Wilson was selected as the only Digital Accelerator in his department across Canada for the first cohort in PwC’s $3.0 billion global initiative to digitally upskill and transform its workforce.
