Jason is a Vice President in MNP’s Corporate Recovery and Restructuring practice focusing on corporate restructuring, with over 10 years of insolvency, M&A and advisory services experience. Jason has extensive experience in assisting insolvent companies and lenders under a variety of mandates including: BIA and CCAA restructuring proceedings, bankruptcy, receiverships, liquidations, informal restructurings and business reviews. Jason’s experience extends to debt and operational restructuring advisory, mergers & acquisitions and transition diligence. Jason has acted on behalf of debtors, shareholders and lenders across a variety of industries including: real estate, cannabis, hospitality, health care, mining, pulp & paper and financial services.
