Stan Romaniuk

Stan has over 30 years of experience with public accounting firms (KPMG, Deloitte, PWC) and the private industry. He is a member of CPA-Alberta. Before joining the A.C. Waring & Associates team, Stan worked as a Vice President of Finance for a mid-sized engineering and inspection company that specialized in providing professional services to several sectors, including oil and gas, power generation, pulp and paper, and chemical industries.

Stan has co-authored and presented a paper on creditor enforcement as part of the Lorman Professional Update series and has given lectures on insolvency to the CRA (internal education), Servus Credit Union ('collection group'), the Edmonton chapter of the Society of Management Accountants, the Edmonton Insurance Underwriter’s Association, and numerous other non-profit groups.
