Dan has extensive experience across multiple industries, including oil and gas, construction, transportation, agriculture and retail. In addition Dan has extensive experience assisting consumer debtors with financial problems. Dan has acted as Receiver / Manager, CCAA Monitor, Interim Receiver, Proposal Trustee and Bankruptcy Trustee. Dan’s experience includes cross border engagements.
