Experienced financial advisor and restructuring/ insolvency professional with over 25 years as a senior partner with PwC, fifteen years as Leader of the Atlantic distress and Aboriginal practice.

David's role have included acting as Chief Restructuring Officer ("CRO") in CCAA proceedings, debt restructuring, business turnarounds, crisis management, business divestitures, strategic planning, corporate governance and risk management.

David has acted as a mediator and monitor/ liquidator of shareholder disputes and been conferred by the Courts in the Atlantic region as a subject matter expert.
