Been practicing in the insolvency field since June 1980. Started and spent the first four years in London , Ontario with Touche Ross & Co, which subsequently became Deloite Touche LLP. Changed firms and moved to Toronto and obtained my Trustee License in June 1985. As the demand for insolvency services waned in Ontario but picked up in the West - moved to Regina in September 1986. After major national firm mergers and reassignment of insolvency staff - was transferred to Edmonton in September 1991. Opened A C Waring & Associates Inc firm in January 1994 and had major success over the past 30 years. We specialize in consumer and owner managed business insolvency assignments.

We have two Licensed Insolvency Trustees including myself and Stan Romaniak. In addition to my 44 years of practice in the business, Stan brings almost 25 years experience in the field along with many more years in senior business financial management positions. One of our important staff members boasts of more than 45 years in the field and leads the firm in client insolvency solutions. Many of our staff members have been with our firm for more than 20 years, including our general manager and our income tax and banking specialist. The staff total including trustees is currently 14 people.
