About StefanoStefano Damiani is a Senior Vice-President in the Deloitte Financial Advisory group in Toronto and has specialized in corporate turnaround and restructuring mandates for more than 10 years. Stefano provides advice and support to financial institutions, lending syndicates, corporate boards and senior management, and legal counsel. Stefano’s casework includes advisory, restructuring, and monitoring assignments in a variety of industries including manufacturing, renewable energy, mining, retail and distribution, real estate, construction and engineering services, hospitality, medical services, technology, freight forwarding and logistics, commercial printing, and forest products. Stefano’s turnaround solutions have involved operational changes, evaluation of strategic plans and cash flow projections, divestitures of assets and business units, negotiations with stakeholders, and informal workouts. Stefano has acted in numerous matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as Court-appointed receiver, sales officer, interim receiver, proposal trustee, CCAA monitor and trustee in bankruptcy.
