HOTEL INFORMATION:

JW Marriott Parq,39 Smithe Street, Vancouver & The DOUGLAS Parq, 45 Smithe Street, Vancouver & the OPUS Vancouver, 322 Davie Street, Vancouver

Room Rates (Standard Guest Room): $234 + applicable taxes and fees

We are offering three hotel options for conference attendees, based on availability. The JW Marriott Parq & The DOUGLAS are connected and both are available for conference attendees at the same price. The two hotels share the same reservation database which promises a seamless experience for guests at either property. Please note the OPUS offers a luxury chauffeur drop-off service within the downtown core and is a 7 minute walk (approx.) to the conference.

UPDATE: The JW Marriott Parq, The DOUGLAS and the OPUS Vancouver are at full capacity.

As attendees shift their arrival and departure dates, rooms at the JW Marriott Parq and The Douglas may become available in the future. Attendees can continue to call the JW Marriott Parq (1-888-236-2427) and The Douglas (604-676-0889) to see if any rooms are available. Since it is after the January 14 deadline, there may be rooms available at the hotels, but they will no longer be available at the conference rate.

Law Society of New Brunswick – The 17th ARIL program is approved for 6.5 hours of CPD

Barreau Du Quebec/Bar of Quebec – The 17th ARIL program is approved for 6.75 hours of training. Post conference letters of attendance will be forwarded to the Quebec lawyer attendees/La formation du 17ème programme d'ARIL a été approuvée pour une durée de 6.75 heures. Des lettres de confirmations de présence  seront envoyées aux avocats après la conférence.

Law Society of Ontario - The 17th ARIL program is approved for 3 hours and 20 minutes of Professionalism Content. The remaining hours of this program may be eligible towards the Law Society's CPD Requirement as Substantive Hours.

Law Society of Nova Scotia - Lawyers submit their own hours. For Nova Scotia lawyers, consider including this course as a CPD learning activity in your mandatory annual Continuing Professional Development Plan as required by the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.
