Edwin Ehrhardt, Q.C., Partner, Bingham Law
Edwin Ehrhardt, Q.C. is a partner at Bingham Law in New Brunswick and he practices in the fields of insurance, construction, commercial litigation, and insolvency.

An experienced trial lawyer, he is used to dealing with complex and complicated situations and determining methods of resolution. He has lectured and presented to various bar, professional and trade associations on topics involving litigation, construction, insurance and insolvency law. He has a background in mathematics and science, which assists in dealing with accounting, construction, commercial, engineering, and causation issues, as well as calculations of damages. He is no stranger to Courts throughout the Province, and has extensive experience in mediations and arbitrations.
