Calista Gall, Equifax Canada
Calista Gall is a seasoned expert dedicated to data quality and governance with three decades of experience in the credit industry. She began her career at Equifax and continued with impactful roles at Citi, Angoss, and TransUnion, where she excelled in sales, sales operations, and project management. In 2022, Calista returned to Equifax to take on her current leadership position as Head of Data Governance & Quality. In this vital role, she focuses on monitoring and measuring all aspects of Equifax's data to ensure its integrity and reliability. Calista holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brock University and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Kevin Pretty, Equifax Canada
Kevin Pretty is currently a Strategic Account Executive with Equifax Canada Co. Kevin’s experience spans more than 25+ years in the credit bureau industry servicing all industry verticals both in Canada and the US. His experience lies in helping customers in the financial and collection industries to solve problems and grow their businesses and his expertise lies in his customer solutions in data analytics, fraud, collections, consumer and commercial risk management. Kevin is currently the President of RMA Canada which is the Receivable Management Association of Canada and sits on the board of directors of the Credit Association of Greater Toronto.
