With over 40 years of experience across telecommunications, software, and financial services, Nancy brings a practical, operations-driven perspective to banking for insolvency professionals. She was a founder and CFO of Promeric Technologies and the chief architect of Ascend. At VersaBank, Nancy has also gained deep insight into Aryza’s Insolv program, further strengthening her industry expertise. A Chartered Professional Accountant with Honours and Master’s degrees in Economics, Nancy is recognized for building long-term client partnerships and for her comprehensive understanding of the intersection between insolvency practice and banking.
